Liberia is made up of escaped U.S. slaves, so that would explain why they use the same system as the U.S.

Maybe add some kind of qualification for what is considered a "major city" for the Southernmost Major Cities clue. I would not consider the two answers you chose to be major cities by any stretch of the imagination.

I don't think Major Cities on the Caspian Sea need to be there. There is only one major city. I looked up the second city afterward and there is no reason to consider it major,only "technically second biggest"

It should be better "Non Indo-European languages" in EU, that are Finnish and Hungarian
