Old Hoss Radbourn pitched 73 complete games in 1884. He finished the season with a record of 60-12, 441 strikeouts, and an ERA of just 1.38. He then went on to start and win all 3 games of the 1884 World Series, allowing just 3 runs - all unearned. His 60 wins in a season is an MLB record that will probably never be broken. After games, his arm was so sore that he couldn't comb his own hair.

Also, Chase Field, of the Arizona Diamondbacks has a swimming pool in the ballpark. Fans who wish to watch the game from the water or poolside have to purchase tickets for the stadium's pool suite. The pool suite holds 35 people. Although it doesn't look interesting enough to people who are used to watch MLB games, it surprised me as a layman on baseball...
