"Largest city on the coast of Georgia" i didnt even try this one because i thought "welp, idk any city in Georgia other than Tbilisi". when the quiz ended i just laughed at myself when i noticed it was about Georgia, US (i wouldn't know anyway). pretty funny

This is especially funny when you realize that there is another clue on the quiz specifically about the fact that "Georgia" is both a U.S. state and a country.

That's what I did as well... I even thought 'oh Georgia is given earlier in the quiz, bit of a giveaway'.

Anyway, needs some clarifying because the country is more important than the US state. It's pretty reasonable to default to the country. Personally I think one of the Georgia questions should be removed.

No clarification needed on a geography quiz. There are two options and not that many coastal cities to try.

Nah, part of taking these quizzes is figuring things like that out. That's what makes it challenging. There's really only two famous places named Georgia, and the quiz is about American names. Not hard to deduce. Savannah is a very important city in American history, especially during the Civil War. If it is hard for you and you miss the question, you've learned something new! That's the whole point.

Batumi is the largest city on the coast of Georgia.

By the way Batumi is larger than Savannah.

Same here. I was a little surprised that it said 'on the coast' instead of 'on the coast of the Black Sea' and then couldn't remember the name Batumi.

I'm surprised Paris wasn't on the list - surely it is more famous both as a city and as a name than Eugene

I assume you mean Paris, Texas.

Paris is not in the top 1000 most common first names in the United States. There are more than four times as many people named Eugune as there are Paris.

Any chance you could specify that it's Georgia the state in the US for the question "Largest city on the coast of Georgia"? I thought it was talking about the country Georgia and was quite confused

May be generational. I went to school with a couple Dallases and a Savannah. I think London is a bit younger and Trent a bit older -- the only one I can think of is Trent Lott.

I have known several girls named London. Cheyenne is very popular in the U.S. also. (Charlotte, not-so-much.)
