Western Europe is a region defined by the UN Statistical Regions. This doesn't include Greece or the Nordic nations. Spain, Portugal, Iceland, Ireland and the UK aren't included either.
This region consitst of Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Monaco and Liechtenstein.
On the other hand, you can also devide Europe between east and west. Then Spain, Portugal, Ireland Sweden, Norway, Iceland and the UK can be included. Finland and Greece should definetly be excluded...
So, even if your 'sourcequiz' is wrong, that doens't mean you can change this to be correct... I also believe that you can explain your devision in the caveats.
