the states on lake michigan do not have an international border as the lake is considered to be completely american territory. the sequence should go from MN to MI to OH and skip illinois and indiana.
My thoughts too - it's not clear exactly how water borders should be considered. Also, it's not clear how far up rivers, bays, inlets we're supposed to go (e.g., the Chesapeake Bay)
I didn't enjoy the Great Lakes and NE Atlantic portions. It felt like I was just spamming states hoping to get the right arrangement. I think it'd be more fun to also draw the state perimeters.
not to complain, but is there any particular reason for including washington both at the beginning and end (and not just one)? might be easier to get rid of it
