Very similar to the same list in absolute terms. A few countries here fall off the list and one more extra-European country makes it on. and the ordering is different of course. 0.17% of U.S. GDP is a huge sum of money. 0.47% of France's GDP is also a substantial amount. 0.89% of Luxembourg's GDP... not so much.
It's funny how every country on the list (accept Greece) is a thriving, rich, wealthy democratic republic, and yet people from all of these countries, despite all that they have, care enough to donate more than anyone else. It really makes you think. Nice quiz!
