I feel funny telling someone as huge as you this, but I like the concept so maybe I'll get you to update it. For one, the top of the answers column should simply say "Country". You could then have the column with with both capitals and countries say Capital/Country using manual and changing the text. The ones that only have capitals should say "Capital". Next, Perhaps choose a different color for the top instead of the boring old navy blue. I would take out the first caveat and instead grey out the background around Micronesia saying "F.S. of Micronesia" instead. Obviously you don't have to do this, but I feel like making suggestions. How do you bold some of the words/letters in your instructions?
I'm flattered you consider me "huge"! I'm just a quizzer like thousands of others on this site. The reason I say "country/capital" is because answers could be either of those. The challenge here is to keep the alphabetical order in mind while also keeping an eye on possible country or capital answers. Boring blue has been updated - good idea! To bold anything, whether an answer or a clue, at Step 4 - Design Grid, click the Edit Styles bar, then click the Text Weight box and change it from Normal to Bold.
