The Most Obvious Reason: Conspiracy Theories
The most obvious reason Greene should resign is easy to see. She has had a history of supporting and favoring conspiracy theories before and during her congressional term. One of the most obvious examples is when she praised Q, the "person" at the center of the QAnon conspiracy theory. She called him a "patriot" and encouraged others to find out more about him. Some of her other conspiracy theories are when she suggested that some wildfires in California were caused by a Jewish Space Laser.

Nancy Pelosi
Greene has had a problem with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) in the past. In 2019, she agreed with a post on Facebook that said a "bullet to the head" would be the best way to dispose on the Speaker. She also said that Pelosi should be executed for treason. In early 2021, in a public video she shredded a warning from Pelosi that said she needed to wear a mask on the House floor.
Holocaust Comparison
One of the most horrific things she's done is compare mask mandates on the house floor to the holocaust. She said that the mandates were similar to a time when "citizens in Nazi Germany were forced to wear a gold star and live as second class citizens." At this point she even lost the support of Kevin McCarthy (R-CA). When defending a statue of a confederate general at a town hall meeting before she was elected, she defended hypothetical statues of Hitler and Satan.
Supported the Big Lie that Donald Trump won the 2020 election
Downplayed the January 6th insurrection
Supported the "Fire Fauci Act" that would fire one of America's best doctors and scientists
Supported vaccine conspiracy theories
Continually opposed the Green New Deal, and eventually revealed she hadn't even read it
Downplayed the effectiveness of masks
Started a shouting match with Democrats on the steps of Congress
And more...
