I wasted time trying Florida cities until I figured out that if it wasn't Tampa, it must be the other St. Petersburg. Still missed it. Montreal gave me trouble, too. I didn't think Ottawa was that big but I finally tried it out of desperation.
Why would you assume a small city in Florida over the former Russian imperial capital? St Petersburg, Russia has about 20 times the population of St Petersburg, Florida. What's more the Floridian city is named after the Russian one.
I'd never even heard of St Petersburg, Florida until about a year ago, and I'm pretty sure St Petersburg, Russia is more well known and much more historical. I'm British so you Americans might think different, but I still think St Petersburg, Russia would be a more likely answer.
I would imagine that Gothenburg is over a million people now or if not will be soon. It was just 18 thousand under in 2010 census and with the influx of refuges since I think it's a safe bet.
Also in the description "urba" should be changed to "urban"
