Well done on translating! How did you manage to make a quiz with a map etc?!
A few things:
- it's Bahrein in Italian, or at least that's how I remembered it; from wikipedia I see that both versions are accepted (http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bahrein)
- micronazione -> micronazioni (plural, like 'punti' is plural)
- Potete chiamarli tuti? -> Potete elencarli tutti? (changing from 'can you call them all' to 'can you list them all')
One quick correction: in the quiz description "potete chiamare tutti?" is a correct translation but it's not in the right contest - for an italian native speaker that would sound as "could you call everyone (the people)". I would suggest as an alternative translation "potete nominarli tutti?" ("can you name them all?"). Thanks! :)
Great quiz, it improves my Italian a lot! Just one comment: Corea Nord was accepted for Corea del Nord, but Corea Sud wasn't accepted. I don't know if it's correct to abbreviate them this way, but if one is and the other isn't, that seems odd.
In Italian we say nord corea and sud corea. Corea del nord and corea del sud aren't usually used because they are too long to pronounce but are still correct. I hope you enter these options as well. Thanks
si fanno impazzire finche non le ricordi, tutte e 8. Pensa cosi in questo schema: le tre sante (saint Kitts saint Vincent Saint Lucia) . Poi le tre vicinissime Grenada Dominica Barbados. ed infine quelle più lontane, Antigua e Trinidad.
152/196. Ho 13 anni ma mi sa che mi devo allenare ancora un po' XD. Per me sono particolarmente difficili i Caraibi, l'Africa occidentale e buona parte dell'Oceania. :I

as I wrote before, Bahrain should be Bahrein
According to wikipedia, Saint Vincent should be San Vincenzo e Grenadine
