6-Letter Cities by US States
Name the state associated with each city. One state per city, and one city from all 50 states. Try the others in the city-by-name-length series! 5 or less, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 or more
Note: Yes, some city names are found in multiple states. I know this :) If the state isn't working, chances are it's because there's another city with a more unique name from that same state.
Yeah, there is obviously going to be overlap and people will complain, but with careful elimination I liked the quiz series very much. It's more about working the brain than staying narrowly in the band of information on I already know.
There is a Newark in Ohio and Delaware as well. People tend to think of the bigger ones when more than one state have them. Newark NJ is definitely the biggest.
There is an Albany Georgia adn New York. There is a Conway SC and AR. There is a Dayton TN and OH. There is a Denver CO and NC. There is a Duluth MN and GA. There is an Easton PA and MD. There is a Newark DE, OH, and NJ. There is an Orange CA and NJ. I understand this can't be helped always so if I see Dayton I'll assume OH because it is much larger than the little town where the Monkey Trial took place. However, in the case of Newark, NJ is definitely what most people think. Had I not lived in Maryland for a while, I would have never been to Newark, DE.
