Countries by second most populous city (Difficulty level= WTF!)
All 196 countries (as stated by countries of the world quiz) of the world by seccond most populous
population numbers are city/muncipality proper.(so not greater area or metro). When city proper and muncipality are contradicting muncipality takes presidence.

City states are not included for obvious reasons
When answer falls in the same greater area as the biggest city then the first city not in that area is the answer.
Ok, that's really hard. You could ease off on the spelling. After some of these quizzes I scroll through and think, "ugh, I knew that one!!!" But there were several cities on here I have never even heard of, and not getting a some of the ones I knew over spelling was really frustrating (Thessalonika, Thesselonika, Thesselonia- It's all Greek to me)
Yokohama is usually counted within the Greater Tokyo area, which goes against the description. Same with Manila, if I'm correct in assuming the biggest one cited is Quezon City
What is that Canadian city that's not Vancouver, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Halifax, Calgary, St John's, Yellowknife, Whitehorse, Regina, errrrm... Toronto? No, not Toronto......
This could be a good quiz if there weren't so many errors. In addition to basic typos, etc, people have already pointed out that it's totally inconsistent in applying the rule of the second biggest city needing to be in a new urban area.
Plus, this is basically a textbook example of when not to use Wikipedia. Wikipedia is about explaining things within their own individual contexts. To make a functional quiz, you need to have a consistent context throughout the whole quiz. Otherwise you get Leeds as the second largest British "city" because you're chopping up the UK by its boroughs, but Marseille as the second largest French city because you *aren't* chopping up France by its arrondissements.
Thanks for the reply, I fixed it
Leeds? Not sure about that one.
Duh!!
Azerbajan = Azerbaijan
Cote d'Ivore = Cote d'Ivoire or, better yet, Ivory Coast
Hungary is missing
Trinidad and Tobago is missing
Kuwait is missing or needs a placeholder
Monaco, Singapore, and Vatican City should have a placeholder
Macedonia is now North Macedonia
Swaziland is now Eswatini
You have border and background color inconsistency on Albania, "Azerbajan", and Algeria.
