No, for two reasons 1) The Dragon's name is explicitly said as The Cannibal every time it is referenced in the books. 2) It's the only one which doesn't follow the traditional naming system for Dragons, I see no need to make exception for a single difference.
Perhaps you should add Quicksilver, the dragon of Aenys I and his son Aegon. Quicksilver and Aegon died fighting Balerion and Meagor the Cruel above the God's Eye. There is also The Last Dragon, but he isn't named.
