In the title it should say "europäischen".
In German, adjectives are not capitalised in titles, not even if they refer to places or names. German adjectives referring to places or names are only capitalised, if they end in "-er" eg. Basler Stadttor, Niederösterreichischer Dialekt, etc. But with these it makes no difference if they are in the title or the text, they are always capitalised.
The "n" is because it should be accusative. Whenever you are not sure about it, just use "die" instead of eg. "alle" and say it out loud to see what is correct. At least that is what I do.
