Maybe you can change the second hint to larger than country #1 or make it something entirely independent? I was stuck for a while trying to think of a landlocked country that was larger than his northern neighbor.
You could remove the "landlocked" part of the rules and many of these questions would still have only one answer. Switzerland, Austria, Vatican City, Lesotho, South Sudan, North Macedonia, Zimbabwe, and Bhutan would still be the only answers to their questions, and I feel like it takes away from the point of the quiz.
Yes, I agree with this, although it's hard to avoid. Especially the Lesotho question, because it's completely impossible for a country completely surrounded by South Africa to not be landlocked.
One easy way around South Sudan is by using "Established after 2000", since this could also include East Timor if it weren't for the title.
