Very Eurocentric, and the majority of these are renaissance figures. Any list of medieval influential figures without anybody from the Islamic Golden Age is severly lacking. Examples: Ibn Sina (Avicenna), Ibn Al-Haytham, Al-Bairuni, Al-Farabi, Al-Razi, Al-Zahrawi, Al-Jazari, Jabir ibn Hayyan, Ibn Rushd (Averros), and Ibn Khaldun. I don't blame ya at all, cause these figures are rarely ever mentioned in Western history books, but their impact on science and philosophy was instrumental. I doubt that more than 10% of quiztakers would get some of these names if they were on the quiz.
There are also some reasonably well-known Islamic political figures that could be included, like Harun al-Rashid, Salahuddin (Saladin), and Mehmet the Conqueror.
