The Oslo Accords I thought were well known and the Oslo Bombing was definitely big news but maybe the fact that both are not very unique names makes Olso tricky to guess.
Same goes for the Bangkok Declaration I suppose. and there are also floating markets in more than one Asian city. But Bangkok Dangerous is a movie with Nicolas Cage and I can't think of any other city that would fit in ________ Dangerous.

But PLEASE American film makers, it is not always raining in the UK and we haven't had thick fogs in London since the 60s.
But anyway assuming you're referring to the London Fog clue... London Fog is a popular tea-based beverage invented in Canada, as well as a company that sells clothes and bedding - mostly overcoats, as well as a famous defunct L.A. nightclub where The Doors got their starts, as well as an album by The Doors, in addition to the infamous pea soup fog that often blanketed London in the late 19th and 20th centuries after the start of the Industrial Revolution.
So.... I wasn't just randomly picking out clichés about London weather based on movies.
