Still, I think standard type-ins should be accepted no matter what. It is precisely because it was already in the instructions, that after trying DC and it didn't work, I said "well, it must not be here because that would be redundant".
Why should Washington be in the list of capitals? The test is asking about the world capitals that are closer to Honolulu than to Washington, so, why Washington itself included too?
Nice quiz! Really tests one's knowledge of the pacific island capitals. But there are two standard type-ins that aren't accepted here (other than DC): Mexico and Guatemala. Normally you don't need to type "city" for those.
Yep. Because Mexico and Guatemala didn't work, I didn't bother with the rest of Central America, but couldn't work out how I'd missed so many and kept trying Taipei, Manila, etc. With more time I probably would have worked it out. Tried "Mexico" so many times, too!
