Great quiz!- 20/20 at last second with a decent amount of guessing. Question about highest record temp is super misleading though since the answer is actually lower than Alaska (the given exception) already.

Please excuse me if I’m being dim, but what does Hawaii border? The Pacific Ocean? Maybe “outline” would be more accurate than “border.”

I agree border is not a great word. TBH i don't love outline either but seems like at least a few people like that better, so I'll change it, unless someone suggests an even better word.
