Pokémon Gym Leader Levels

The answers for any Pokémon that are used buy the same trainer but with different levels will be in numerical order (i.e. if a trainer used 2 Squirtles, one at lv.12 and another at lv.14, then the first Squirtle in the list will be lv.12 and the second would be lv.14)

Blue's team will accept any level that the Pokémon could be at during the Champion battle (as the levels of some of the Pokémon vary depending on which starter he chooses)
